Full Timers Do you have what it takes?
Full timers have a dedicated-on call period and make consistent Income each week at a higher percentage rate.
The Pros: Great pay and consistency. Earn a higher commission and get steady call volume. Opportunity to advance!
The Cons: Must be available when needed for calls during the on-call periods. Higher Qualification standards: Must score 80% or above on all pre hire tests. Must live in one of our Full-Time hiring areas. Limited Availability, Limited Approval. 

Part Time / Reserves don't have a set schedule.
Fill in covering vacations, days off, major weather events, staff shortages. 
They earn a lower commission but have the flexibility of not having a set schedule. PT Reserves are put on a call list when work becomes available.
The Pros: Time freedom and flexibility. Opportunity to help others & earn extra money! Lower Qualification standards: Must score 65% on pre hire tests. Moderate Approval chances. 
Those that don't pass the full-time qualifications may have a shot at Reserve! If you do well as a Reserve, you may have first shot at a full time position when they come available. 
The Cons: Lower pay percentages, less consistency. Must live in one of our Part Time / Reserve hiring areas. Limited Availability.

Freedom Flex drivers operate on our HONK Account nationwide! You are not limited on where you can work! Honk is an app that sends you calls based on your geographical location. It updates by GPS as you drive and automatically offers available calls near you which you can Accept or Deny at any time! No dispatch to check in with, unless you want help. You manage the calls all on your own and get paid weekly!
The Pros: Time freedom and flexibility. Opportunity to help others & earn extra money! High Approval Chances Receive calls anywhere in the US as you travel. No job interview, apply and your application is either approved or denied. If it is approved, we will email you with the required tools and set you up on the app!
The Cons: Lower pay percentages, less consistency, jobs can be anywhere from 1 a week to 6 a day, it is hit and miss. Must have your own tools.
